MY RIGHTS AS THE ARTIST

I retain the right as the artist to accept or reject commission requests as I see fit.

I reserve the right to post your commissioned artwork to my social media and websites (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.).

I reserve the right to modify your artwork for promotional purposes (Commission examples, my website banners, etc.)

I reserve the right to claim and be given proper credit for all my artworks.

I reserve the right to suspend work if I feel I am unable to complete your artwork for any reason: you will receive a full refund if I am in the sketching stage or a partial refund if I am in or past the rendering/linework stages.

I reserve the right to be treated with respect as a professional; any personal abuse will result in your artwork being suspended and refunded as per above.

RIGHTS OF THE ARTWORK

I retain copyright to all of my artwork as the artist.

Commission orders will not be finalized until I have received payment.

Under no circumstance shall a client claim credit for my work.

Under no circumstance will my work be sold or used by a client to make a profit unless previously indicated that this was a commercial work, in which case a more in depth contract must be formed.

There will be no reposting of my artwork to any website without prior permission and/or discussion.

Commissioned artwork of original characters will not be used for profit by myself without your prior permission.

I retain the rights to profit off commissions based on fanart unless specifically requested otherwise, in which case there will be an additional fee.

Commissioned artwork may be used for banners, profile pictures, and icons for the client as long as the artist is properly credited.

Commissioners are not allowed to alter, edit, or plagiarize the artist’s watermark or signature on any work they have commissioned.

Commissioners are not allowed to edit, trace, copy, or otherwise alter or recreate the artwork received.

The creation of NFTs or other cryptocurrency-relations of the artist’s work is not allowed.

I as the artist can not be held accountable for fraudulent misrepresentation of age with regards to my NSFW commissions, or for any related punishments/legal action.

SERVICE & DELIVERY

Payment is required to be sent upfront via paypal before I begin the commission.

Pricing of commissions will vary depending on complexity of design and will be discussed and finalized prior to payment.

During revision periods if a commission is requiring a change in size tier or additional characters/items/etc. to be added, the piece will be suspended until a price adjustment is discussed.

Each commission shall be delivered in approximately 1-2 months unless specified otherwise.

Throughout the drawing process, the commissioner will receive semi-frequent updates as I progress on the commission.

DIGITAL

Revisions during the sketching phase are free. Two major revisions and two minor revisions are allotted during the rendering stage; any further revisions afterwards may require additional payments.

The commissioner shall receive a digital copy of the completed work for all digital pieces.

TRADITIONAL

Major revisions are only available during the sketching (pencil only) phase of traditional work so please make sure composition and all character design is correct before I put any ink, marker, or watercolor on paper. Major revisions are not possible once coloring has been done as it is permanent. (There is no undo button in traditional work aha)

The commissioner shall receive a physical copy of the completed work for all traditional pieces. A digital scanning of the piece may not always be available but a photo will be sent if you would like while you wait for the original to arrive. A mailing address will be required to send the finished commission and a mailing fee will be invoiced in order for me to get the piece to you.
